Luxury Retail Fitout in Dubai | Lifestyle Fine Jewelry Showroom Project
Design Divine Interior Fitout LLC is proud to showcase our recently completed retail fit-out for Lifestyle Fine Jewelry at BurJuman Centre, Dubai. We collaborated closely with the Lifestyle team to create a refined and modern luxury boutique that reflects their brand’s elegance and enhances the presentation of their jewelry collection. From concept to completion, every detail was executed with precision — including custom-made display units, brushed gold finishes, warm lighting accents, and a curved reception counter that adds both character and smooth flow to the store. This project highlights our expertise in luxury retail interior fit-out, premium craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The Challenge Executing a luxury fit-out within BurJuman Centre requires strict adherence to mall guidelines and precise coordination. The client required a premium finish that maximizes product visibility while strictly following the mall’s fire and safety codes. The main challenge was designing a layout that felt spacious and inviting within the compact retail footprint, while ensuring the lighting perfectly highlighted the jewelry collection.
The Solution Design Divine managed the entire lifecycle of the project:
Approvals & Compliance: We handled all necessary submissions for Mall Management and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), ensuring a smooth start to the project with no administrative delays.
Custom Joinery: We manufactured bespoke display counters with a premium brushed-gold finish and high-clarity glass. The joinery was built to be both durable for heavy daily use and elegant enough for a luxury brand.
Specialized Retail Lighting: We installed a targeted lighting system designed specifically for jewelry retail. This included anti-glare track lights and integrated cabinet lighting to make the products sparkle and attract customers from the outside.
The Result The showroom was handed over fully operational and cleaned to a high standard. The final space combines functionality with high-end aesthetics, successfully drawing attention in a busy mall environment.
