Design Divine Interior Fitout LLC successfully delivered the modern office fitout for ITEX Technologies at Ayhaco Business Center, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai. The contemporary corporate workspace combines sleek acoustic glass partitions, custom wood wall paneling, an executive conference room, ergonomic workstations and sophisticated false ceiling lighting.
Every element supports how the team works day to day, from the open working area to the private offices and meeting spaces, while giving visitors a clear first impression of the company. The Challenge
ITEX needed a contemporary workspace that supports focus and collaboration in the same floorplate. That meant private offices and meeting rooms with real acoustic comfort, yet still bright and open, plus a refined look that reflects the company’s brand identity to clients and visitors from the moment they arrive.

Design Divine delivered the office as one coordinated turnkey package, from layout and joinery through ceilings, lighting and finishing.
Acoustic Glass Partitions
Slim black-framed glazing with frosted bands separates offices and meeting rooms, keeps daylight flowing and controls noise without making the space feel closed in.
Custom Wood Wall Paneling
Dark timber panels and fluted slat walls give the boardroom, lounge and executive areas warmth and texture, and frame the display screens cleanly.
Executive Boardroom & Offices
A meeting room with a long table and integrated power points, and a private executive office with built-in corner shelving, built for presentations and focused work.
Ergonomic Workstations
Work areas planned for comfort and tidy cabling, supporting long working days and a clutter-free floor.
False Ceiling & Lighting
Recessed spotlights and warm LED cove lines in the false ceiling give even, comfortable light across the offices, lounge and corridors.
