1. Healthcare Compliance & Approvals As a specialized healthcare fit-out contractor in Dubai, we managed the entire approval process. This included securing necessary permits from DCD (Dubai Civil Defence) and ensuring the layout and finishing materials complied with DHA regulations for hygiene and safety.

2. Custom Joinery & Interior Design Our team manufactured and installed bespoke joinery elements to match the brand’s identity:

Health Advice Station: A custom-built reception counter featuring vertical wood slat cladding and 3D illuminated signage.
POS Counters: Modern white cashier desks with integrated glass display shelving and medicine racks.
Retail Zoning: Implementation of distinct zones for “Beauty Care” and “Nutrition” using illuminated bulkheads and custom wood paneling.

3. Retail Display & Shelving To maximize product visibility, we installed modular glass shelving systems and high-load gondola units. The layout was optimized for customer flow, ensuring easy access to both the pharmacy counter and retail sections.

4. MEP & Safety Systems The project involved full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, including the installation of automatic glass entrance doors, air curtains for climate control, and comprehensive fire safety systems.
